Job summary

The FX IT division seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions in capital markets. You will elicit requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and support the run-the-bank initiatives within Calypso back-office processes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across IT and finance, ensure alignment with the architecture, and drive functional testing and deployment readiness. A 7+ year BA background in finance is required.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor's degree in Finance / Computer Science / Information Technology/ Programming & Systems Analysis/ Science (Computer Studies) faculties.
• Minimum 7 years experience in Business Analysis activities.
• Knowledge of Static Data, Workflows, Confirmations, Settlements, Messages / Swift messages, Positions, Accounting, Corpo

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from various stakeholders for FX and Money Market in Calypso.
• Translate requirements into comprehensive functional specifications and detailed user stories.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure software design aligns with specifications.
• Provide functional expertise and testing support during production.
• Contribute to deployment activities with pre-requisites and post-deployment checks.
