Job summary
Helius Technologies is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to translate business needs into practical technical solutions and support digital transformation initiatives. You will gather requirements, analyse processes, prepare solution documentation and support user acceptance testing to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1–2 years of system analysis and design experience depending on Java training or certification.
- Strong analytical and requirements gathering and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and validate business requirements.
- Prepare detailed BRDs describing business needs and solution scope.
- Analyse existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and data models, plus documentation of processes and data flows.
- Prepare UAT plans and test cases; coordinate UAT with business users and IT.
- Monitor platform usage and performance metrics to identify improvements.
