Responsabilités

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and validate business requirements.
• Prepare detailed BRDs describing business needs and solution scope.
• Analyse existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and data models, plus documentation of processes and data flows.
• Prepare UAT plans and test cases; coordinate UAT with business users and IT.
• Monitor platform usage and performance metrics to identify improvements.

Senior Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to translate business needs into practical technical solutions and support digital transformation initiatives. The role involves gathering requirements, analysing processes, preparing solution documentation and supporting user acceptance testing.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to improve platform efficiency and ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering and Process Analysis

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather, clarify and validate business requirements.

• Prepare detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).

• Analyse existing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

Solution Design and Documentation

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.

• Document process flows, data models and system integration requirements.

• Prepare product playbooks, operational runbooks, onboarding forms and onboarding guides.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, maintainable and aligned with business needs.

Implementation and Testing Support

• Prepare UAT test plans and test cases based on agreed requirements.

• Coordinate and support UAT activities with business users and technical teams.

• Track defects and support resolution to ensure delivered solutions meet acceptance criteria.

Continuous Improvement

• Monitor platform usage and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

• Assess new platform features and updates for business relevance.

• Recommend and support enhancements that improve efficiency and user experience.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or an equivalent discipline.

• Must meet at least one of the following:

• • At least two years of system analysis and design experience, together with Java training or certification; or

  • At least one year of system analysis and design experience

• Strong analytical, requirements gathering and process documentation skills.

• Ability to communicate clearly with business users and technical teams.

• Experience preparing functional specifications and supporting UAT.

• Ability to manage priorities and take ownership of assigned deliverables.
