Job summary

NTT Data Singapore is seeking a Functional Business Analyst to join the AML Uplift program, supporting a range of AML workflow initiatives. You will elicit comprehensive business requirements and drive critical discussions to manage project scope effectively.

The role requires senior stakeholder engagement, leadership updates, and active support across analysis, design, and testing phases, with the ability to assist the project manager as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Banking industry.
• 7+ years as an FBA working in technical delivery.
• Experience leading workflow systems and delivering large-scale projects.
• Strong communication skills; ability to drive senior stakeholders with minimal supervision.
• Experience in AML, KYC, Compliance domain and data analytics.
• Prior technical experience is beneficial.

Requirments:

• Should have good communication skills and capability to drive senior stakeholders with minimal supervision.
• Should have experience in AML, KYC, Compliance domain and data analytics.
• Previous technical experience is beneficial
