Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks an experienced SAP Support & Functional Expert to develop and support SAP functionality in PP and SD, and provide level 1 support to business users.

You will work with local and corporate SAP analysts, assist in business requirements, system analysis, design and testing, and apply Agentic AI tooling for UAT and test scripting. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC & SAP S/4, PP, SD or Logistics.
• Minimum 6 years overall IT experience.
• Significant depth of expertise in SAP (ECC/S4) and MES, esp. integration.
• Experience using Agentic AI tools is a must.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support SAP functionality in PP and SD; provide level 1 SAP support to business users.
• Participate in systems analysis, design and testing; work with SAP analysts on issue resolution.
• Assist in the development of business requirements specifications.
• Collaborate with IT Ops to identify and resolve system issues; analyze procedures and data flows.
• Utilize Agentic AI tools for automation of UAT and test scenarios.

SAP Support & Functional Expertise

Develop and support SAP functionality in the business, primarily in the area of PP and/SD. Provide level 1 SAP support to business users, ensuring timely resolution of functional issues and system-related queries. Participate in systems and integration - design, analysis and testing Work closely with local and Corporate SAP analysts in issue identification and resolution System Analysis, Design & Testing Provide assistance in the development of business requirements specifications Work closely with lT GAT / IT Ops to identify reported system issues Confer with internal staff and organizational units to analyze current operational procedures and processes, identify problems and paths to a solution, understanding of specific requirements such as forms of data input, how data will be summarized and used, formats for reports Analyze information problems, requested changes, and required modifications to develop appropriate business process solutions in a test environment Utilizing Agentic AI tools/platform in automation of business UAT and Test Scenarios scripting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field required
• Knowledge of SAP ECC & SAP S/4, PP, SD or Logistics is a must
• Minimum 6 years overall experience desired
• Significant depth of expertise and track record of accomplishments within IT functional areas
• Strong preference for someone within a systems development organization with significant exposure and understanding of SAP (ECC/S4) and MES (in the areas of integration)
• Experience in using Agentic AI tools is a must
• Support occasional business travel as required for project and business initiatives
