Primary Responsibility

Design, develop, and program methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse "big data" sources to generate actionable insights and solutions for client services and product improvement. Interact with product and service teams to identify questions and issues for data analysis and experiments. Develop and code software programs, algorithms, and automated processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources. Deploy data science models and lead the end-to-end life cycle, including solution design, development, deployment, model maintenance and monitoring. Identify relevant insights from large data and metadata sources; interpret and communicate insights and findings from analysis and experiments to product, service, and business managers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science or related fields. with minimum of 3 years' experience in data science roles.
• Foundation in statistical modeling, advanced analytics, and modern machine learning techniques.
• Experience in semiconductor yield analysis & process optimization (e.g analyzing FDC or SPC or Probe data)
• Experience in High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) process.
• Ability to extract data from different databases via SQL and other query languages and applying data cleansing, outlier identification, and missing data techniques.
• Experience in deploying end-to-end production grade AI solution in cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Strong proficiency in Python, with minimum of 3 years hands‑on experience in SQL.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high‑quality results in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with web development such as Angular, FastAPI, Docker.
• Experience working with and applying generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
