Job summary

UES HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a mid‑level Electrical/Building Services engineer to review designs, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and oversee shop drawings, procurement, and risk assessments for complex projects.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of construction experience, with proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD Plant 3D and strong English communication. Willingness to work overtime to meet deadlines is expected.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Building Services, or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience, preferably on water, wastewater, or WTE projects.
Familiarity with Singapore codes and standards; experience with design tools is advantageous.
Experience with Revit/AutoCAD Plant 3D and related software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong coordination and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Review drawings, specifications, and interface requirements to support installation.
Coordinate with SO, OE, consultants, QP, LEW, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Prepare and review shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, risk assessments, and RFIs/RFAs.
Coordinate electrical and ELV routing, equipment locations, and site installation details.
Monitor material submissions, procurement, and progress to ensure compliance with drawings and safety requirements.
Plan testing and commissioning for BS electrical and ELV activities; address issues promptly.
