Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore seeks a Building Services Designer to manage the design of HVAC, Fire Protection, and Sanitary systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience and be proficient in CAD and 3D modeling. You will be involved in all design phases and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years experience in design office preferably with consultant/contractor.
• Must be proficient in the use of CAD and 3D modeling design.
• Has a demonstrated ability to manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop sketches, drawings, and construction documents.
• Prepare 2D AutoCAD Design Drawings.
• Prepare 3D Models.
• Ensure quality levels and coordination of work.
• Coordinate design work with related engineering disciplines.
• Contribute to educating and developing design staff.
