Job summary

RSIS invites suitably qualified individuals for the position of Senior Corporate Communications Executive. The role drives excellence in corporate communications across RSIS, covering digital content, branding, publicity, and allied areas such as corporate merchandise, videography, and photography.

Applicants with extra skills and longer relevant experience may be considered for higher appointment at Assistant Manager, including storyboard videos, campaigns for evergreen publicity, and crisis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, art and design, or digital marketing.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, social media, PR, digital marketing.
• Experience in digital agencies and publication houses is advantageous.
• Experience in strategic-level digital communications, such as storyboarding videos and designing campaigns for evergreen publicity.
• Experience in event photography and videography, including storyboard concept and short-format reels.
• Strong knowledge of popular social media platforms and analytics to improve RSIS digital strategy.
• Excellent analytical and time-management skills; able to oversee multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute digital communications strategies across RSIS digital media to build brand awareness and reputation.
• Create, edit, and publish digital content across RSIS social media channels and website.
• Coordinate with external vendors and assist in corporate photography and videography as needed.
• Manage the repository of photos and videos for archival purposes and assist in retrieval.
• Manage RSIS corporate merchandise inventory and sales, including production for special occasions.
• Collaborate with other departments to manage RSIS branding and coherence.
• Assist in producing RSIS publications such as the annual review and newsletters.
