Job summary

Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore is seeking dedicated corporate communications specialists to develop and manage our media publicity, social media and public communication campaigns. The successful candidate will shape IRAS' public presence through well-crafted strategies and stakeholder relationships.

You will build relationships with media and digital publishers, monitor sentiment, and produce content that brings the IRAS story to life.

Qualifications

• Background in Communications or Mass Communications.
• Experience in corporate communications, media relations or marketing communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex topics into accessible public messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop communication strategies to engage stakeholders, including the media and general public.
• Build and manage relationships with the media and digital publishers.
• Monitor media sentiment and use data to sharpen messaging.
• Manage the organisation’s social media presence across platforms.
• Produce high-quality content such as press releases, photos, videos, infographics and branding collaterals.
• Collaborate with business units to translate tax topics into clear public messaging.
