You will mentor junior designers, oversee end-to-end creative production, and present design rationale to senior stakeholders, shaping brand strategy at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of brand design experience in agencies or large organisations.
• Portfolio demonstrating brand systems, storytelling, and visual consistency.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and digital design environments.
• Ability to balance creative thinking with business objectives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
