Qualifikationen

• Strong hands-on experience in blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and distributed systems.
• Experience building secure, enterprise-grade APIs and services.
• Familiar with modern Web3 technologies and standards in financial institutions.

Aufgaben

• Understand and design around digital asset lifecycles, including transaction processing, custody, tokenization, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into secure, scalable architectures for on-chain and off-chain integration.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy blockchain applications, APIs, and services with secure development practices.
• Build and operate systems with CI/CD, infrastructure automation, containerisation, and cloud-native platforms for resilience and production readiness.
• Monitor production systems using metrics, logs, traces, alerts, and dashboards; manage incidents and root-cause analysis.
