Job summary

Sanofi Manufacturing and Supply is expanding its EVF program and seeks a Senior Manufacturing Support Engineer to join the Tuas site in Singapore. You will serve as SME for Upstream/Downstream processes, support CQV activities, and define DeltaV and MES workflows for project startup and ongoing manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science field.
• 8+ years in cGMP biopharmaceutical facilities.
• Mammalian cell culture experience desirable.
• Experience with continuous manufacturing and Single Use Systems preferred.
• Familiarity with DeltaV and MES is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME technical expertise for upstream/downstream in project startup and routine manufacturing.
• Support CQV activities and define DeltaV and MES workflows.
• Identify root causes and drive deviations/CAPA resolution.
• Lead cross-functional improvements to enhance reliability and cost-effectiveness.
