Job summary

JPY Engineering & Access Technology PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Design Architect with strong BIM coordination across structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines.

The role requires proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Enscape, and Autodesk Construction Cloud to support coordinated design reviews and digital construction workflows. You will create detailed BIM models, perform clash detection, deliver visualizations for client presentations, and manage RFIs to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Proficient in BIM modeling using Revit Architecture.
• Experience with clash detection using Navisworks.
• Skilled in AutoCAD upgrade training.
• Familiar with Autodesk Construction Cloud workflows.
• Ability to create visualizations with Enscape.

Responsibilities

• Design architectural, structural, and MEP components using BIM modeling tools to deliver integrated project solutions.
• Conduct AutoCAD upgrade training to enhance team proficiency and ensure up-to-date software usage.
• Utilize Autodesk Revit to develop detailed architectural models supporting project design and coordination.
• Apply Navisworks for clash detection to identify and resolve design conflicts early in the construction process.
• Manage digital construction workflows using Autodesk Construction Cloud to streamline project collaboration and documentation.
• Use Enscape Architectural software to create realistic visualizations for design review and client presentations.
• Handle RFI (Request for Information) processes and technical issue management to maintain project clarity and progress.
• Implement digital workflows for Structural, Architectural, and ACMV disciplines to improve project efficiency.
