Job summary

JTC Corporation is seeking an accounting/finance associate to manage customer accounts, ensure timely invoicing, and coordinate receipts with the team in Singapore.

The role involves transfers or refunds at finalisation, handling GIRO arrangements, and maintaining records with month-end closing activities. You will engage in process improvement projects and collaborate across business units.

Qualifications

• Background in Accounting or Business Administration with at least 2 years of relevant experience in finance's operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and ensure bills are raised accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with other team members to record receipts from customers.
• Arrange transfers or refunds upon finalising customer accounts.
• Attend to billing and receipting enquiries, including GIRO arrangements.
• Maintain proper accounting records and perform month end closing activities.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives to improve work processes.
