TikTok invites a data-driven architect to join our Recommendation Architecture Team in Singapore. You will shape offline data architectures for large-scale recommender systems and build scalable storage/compute solutions to support millions of daily users.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in big data, strong programming skills in C/C++/Java/Golang, and a track record of delivering reliable distributed systems. This role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and data-driven decision making.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in relevant roles.
• Experience with big data frameworks like Hadoop, Spark, and Flink.

Mansioni

• Design and implement offline data architecture for large-scale recommender systems
• Design and implement scalable, stable and high-performance storage and computing systems
• Troubleshoot production system; ensure stability of overall operation
• Build distributed storage and computing infrastructure for massive data and large-scale business systems
• Develop data analytics applications to transform raw data into meaningful information
• Apply data mining, data modelling, NLP, and machine learning to extract insights
