TikTok is hiring for a Recommendation Architecture Engineer in Singapore. You will build and optimize the architecture for our recommendation system to deliver stable, high-quality experiences for TikTok users.

You will contribute to computing frameworks, data pipelines, and scalable storage systems, collaborating with global teams to improve search, personalization, and overall platform performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building scalable systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages: C, C++, Java or Golang.
• Effective communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive.
• Experience in personalized recommendations, search, ML, or big data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-performance online services for TikTok recommendation system.
• Develop efficient data pipelines for candidate and profile generation, training examples, and real-time training.
• Create a globalized, large-scale recommender system.
• Design and develop high-performance computing frameworks and storage systems.
