Job summary

Tencent is seeking a capable big data developer in Singapore to build and maintain data ingestion, foundation, warehouse, and reporting for overseas advertising systems. You will optimize streaming and batch pipelines and analyze ad data to drive improvements, leveraging Hadoop, Spark, Flink and ClickHouse.

The role requires 3+ years in big data, a Bachelor's degree, and bilingual Chinese/English to collaborate with China HQ and global teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
3+ years of big data development experience.
Proficiency in Hadoop, Spark, Flink, ClickHouse.
Strong programming skills in at least one language (Scala/Java/C++/Go).
Experience in ads/recommendation/search data domains preferred.
Fluent bilingual Chinese/English for cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain data ingestion, foundation, data warehouse, and reporting for overseas advertising systems.
Drive performance and cost optimization of big data platform components within overseas advertising ecosystem.
Develop and optimize streaming data pipelines and batch processing workflows for overseas advertising systems.
Conduct data analysis on overseas advertising business and propose data-driven improvements.
