Job summary

Tencent International Service Pte. Ltd. is seeking a data engineer to develop and maintain data ingestion, foundation, warehousing, and reporting for overseas advertising systems. You will optimize streaming and batch pipelines, plus analyze data to improve ad performance across markets.

The role requires 3+ years in big data, proficiency with Hadoop/Spark/Flink/ClickHouse, and strong coding skills in Scala/Java/C++/Go. Chinese/English bilingual communication is valued.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of big data architectures; proficient in Hadoop, Spark, Flink, ClickHouse.
• Strong coding skills in at least one language (Scala, C++, Go, Java).
• Experience in data development for ads, recommendation, or search domains preferred.
• Experience in developing or optimizing big data processing platforms preferred.
• Proactive, self-driven with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent bilingual proficiency (Chinese/English) to collaborate with stakeholders across China HQ and international markets.
