Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) seeks a senior BI engineer to lead end-to-end Microsoft BI solutions across multiple banking domains. You will translate business requirements with BAs, optimize SQL and data models, and ensure scalable, enterprise-grade performance.

You will set development standards, mentor engineers, collaborate with infrastructure teams on CI/CD and hybrid cloud deployments, and communicate complex designs via diagrams to varied audiences.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience delivering end-to-end Microsoft BI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience in designing and maintaining large-scale BI solutions for banking/regulated industries.
• Strong SDLC/Agile/Scrum familiarity and ability to lead reviews and governance.
• Proven track record in mentoring engineers and leading technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on design and development of end-to-end Microsoft BI solutions across banking domains.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with BAs and stakeholders.
• Optimise SQL and data model performance with advanced tuning and dimensional modelling.
• Set and enforce development standards via code reviews and SDLC practices.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and foster engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with Infra/Platform teams on CI/CD and hybrid cloud deployments.
• Create and present data architecture and integration diagrams for audiences.
• Drive innovation with POCs and executive findings.
• Deliver datasets aligned with operational and analytical needs.
• Provide L3 support and recommend new tools to improve agility.
