Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking an experienced HRIS Implementation Lead to own end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors modules, drive workshops, and ensure timely delivery across client engagements.

In this role you will mentor junior consultants, manage stakeholder expectations, and shape solution architecture while delivering high-quality HRIS configurations and integrations to meet business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 2-4 years of HRIS Implementation / Support / End User experience.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
• Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of SF implementations from initiation through go-live.
• Lead module-specific workshops and align business requirements with system capabilities.
• Design cross-module integrations and workflow customizations.
• Provide configuration strategy and system optimization guidance.
• Act as primary consultant to senior client stakeholders; manage escalations.
• Mentor junior consultants and support HRIS certification journeys.
• Conduct regular 1:1s and give structured feedback.
