Job summary

Quantum Leap Career Consultancy in Singapore is seeking a retail beauty consultant to be brand ambassador, share skincare expertise, and tailor recommendations for guests. You will demonstrate routines, build lasting client relationships, and drive personal sales while helping maintain boutique operations.

On-the-job training is provided, with weekend shifts and flexi benefits. This role offers opportunity for growth within a vibrant beauty retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty retail is an advantage.
• Able to work retail hours including weekends.

• Able to perform retail operational hours.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Be the brand ambassador and provide personalized consultation and service to guests through sharing product knowledge and skincare expertise




• Able to story tell, showcase good product knowledge, and recommend skincare products and service rituals based on guests’ skincare needs.




• Communicate and demonstrate proper skincare routine to guests.




• Drive sales to meet both personal and boutique targets.




• Develop strong clientele network and build rapport with guests to maintain long-term relationships.




• Perform inventory checks, replenishments, and housekeeping to ensure daily boutique operations are smooth.




• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Have got beauty working experience is an advantage




• Able to work on retail hours, retail shifts inclusive of weekends




• Positive, friendly attitude with excellent client service and communication skills




• A passion for beauty products and sharing your expertise with others




• On-the-job training and skincare training will be provided




• Able to perform retail operational hours
