The role supports the Business Development & Strategic Partnerships team in financial analysis, business cases, market research, and contracts, closely coordinating with the Deputy Director to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business; postgraduate qualification advantageous.
5-7 years of relevant experience in business development, business planning, commercial analysis, financial modelling, corporate planning, consulting, or strategic projects.
Strong financial modelling, commercial and analytical skills with Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
Experience in higher education, partnerships or complex stakeholder environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models for partnerships, initiatives and strategic projects.
Conduct financial feasibility, scenario and sensitivity analysis including ROI and margins.
Support pricing assumptions, partner structures and financial scenarios for management decisions.
Prepare business cases and operating models for partnerships and regional initiatives.
Perform market research, benchmarking and identify risks, dependencies and decisions.
Coordinate university partnerships and contracts with Legal and internal stakeholders.
Prepare proposals, management papers and Board-level materials with financial schedules.
