Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in bartending or F&B service.
• Supervisory or team-leading experience is a plus.
• Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines and bar operations.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lead by example and work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines and beers.
• Maintain bar area, stocks, glassware and equipment in clean, organized condition.
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock replenishment and control.
• Lead and support the service team during daily operations and busy periods.
• Coordinate staff deployment and ensure smooth communication between service, bar and kitchen.
