in Singapore seeks an experienced Bar Supervisor to lead daily bar service and support the Bar Manager in delivering exceptional beverage quality, member experience and team performance. You will supervise bartenders, coordinate with Operations, Wine and Kitchen during service, and drive cocktail knowledge, stock control and hygiene standards to ensure consistent presentation and service excellence for members.

Qualifications

• Strong bartending experience in premium hospitality.
• Advanced cocktail, spirits and beverage knowledge.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong service, leadership, inventory and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily bar preparation and service.
• Lead bar operations during assigned shifts and maintain service flow.
• Ensure cocktails and beverages meet approved recipes and presentation standards.
• Provide personalised recommendations and build member relationships.
• Supervise Bartenders and Junior Bartenders and allocate duties.
• Coach team members on beverage preparation, product knowledge and member engagement.
• Assist with cocktail trials, menu development and product training.
• Support stock counts, inventory, portion control and wastage monitoring.
• Coordinate with Operations, Wine and Kitchen during service.
• Maintain cleanliness, equipment care, hygiene and safety standards.
