Qualifications

• Experience in banking IT infrastructure and regulatory/security requirements.
• 15+ years delivering IT services to financial institutions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-country teams and manage stakeholders.
• Strong background in end-to-end infrastructure platforms.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop and maintain the infrastructure technology landscape across regional and global teams.
• Lead design and implementation of IT infrastructure solutions with regulatory compliance and high availability.
• Collaborate with global architects to set strategic standards and address needs of applications and branches.
• Develop and maintain engineering and architecture documentation.
• Lead system engineers and implementation teams across physical/virtual platforms, OS, databases, API, network, and monitoring.
• Coordinate hybrid cloud infrastructure domains and engage with external vendors and offshore partners.
