Accenture PLC in Singapore seeks a Senior Data Engineer / Data Modeler to lead data platform initiatives across enterprise financial services clients. You will architect and govern large-scale data solutions on cloud platforms and design banking data models aligned with industry standards.

You will mentor a team of engineers, own data strategy for major accounts, and drive adoption of modern data engineering practices, while ensuring delivery quality and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data engineering/data modeling with 3+ years in a leadership/architect role
• Experience with banking data environments, AML/KYC, regulatory reporting
• Strong communication skills for C-suite and stakeholders
• Proficiency with FSLDM, FIBO, and/or BIAN
• Ability to design data models for payments, lending, deposits, risk, and compliance

Responsabilités

• Lead banking data model design using FSLDM, FIBO, and BIAN standards
• Architect enterprise data lakes and warehouse schemas
• Mentor 3-5 data engineers and modelers
• Govern data quality, metadata, and security
• Own client relationships and guide data modernization roadmaps
• Monitor platform costs, performance, and security across cloud platforms
• Drive innovation and establish best practices
