Job summary

ACCENTURE PTE LTD is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to lead data platform initiatives for enterprise clients in Singapore. You will architect large-scale data solutions across Cloudera, Teradata, Snowflake, and Databricks, mentor a team of engineers, and guide data strategy and delivery for major accounts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership/architect role.
• Banking or regulated data environment experience with AML/KYC, data lineage and audit trails.
• Proficient with Cloudera/Teradata and Snowflake/Databricks in production.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to C-suite and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead data platform architecture & design for enterprise data lakes and warehouses.
• Mentor 3-5 engineers; drive code reviews, design decisions and capability building.
• Govern data quality, lineage, and governance frameworks for regulated environments.
• Own client relationships; advise on data modernization strategies and translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
• Monitor costs, performance and security across cloud platforms.
• Drive innovation by evaluating new tools and sharing knowledge across teams.
