Job summary
QUESS ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Core Banking Business Analyst / Product Manager to drive delivery of banking solutions.
You will gather requirements from banking clients, craft BRDs/FRDs and user stories, and map processes end-to-end. You will collaborate with tech teams on APIs and integrations within an Agile framework. The role requires deep experience with FLEXCUBE, Finacle, and related platforms, plus strong stakeholder management and documentation skills to accelerate
Qualifications
- 10+ years core banking product experience with FLEXCUBE and Finacle.
- 6+ years managing core banking product and report implementation & change management projects.
- Experience with Temenos T24, Finacle, and Oracle FLEXCUBE.
- Strong business analysis experience in banking/financial services.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze requirements from banking clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Analyze existing processes and identify gaps for improvement.
- Work with technology teams to define APIs, integrations, and system interfaces.
- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum projects and support QA and user acceptance testing.
