Job summary

ZENITH BADMINTON PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Badminton Coach to conduct group and private sessions, develop training programmes, and mentor junior coaches. The role spans multiple venues across Singapore with a 6-day work week and a 1-year renewable contract.

The position offers a stable monthly salary of SGD 3,400–SGD 4,000 plus SGD 200 Transport Allowance, with opportunities to lead programmes and evolve toward Head Coach.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate a strong badminton foundation with experience as a national player, state-level player, or competitive background.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of coaching experience to effectively train and develop players.
• Maintain physical fitness to perform coaching duties safely and effectively.
• Exhibit responsibility, punctuality, and commitment to the long-term development of students.

Responsibilities

• Conduct group and one-to-one badminton coaching sessions for kids, youth, and competitive players to improve skills and performance.
• Develop and implement training programmes aligned with academy standards to enhance player development.
• Manage class administration including attendance tracking and monitoring student progress to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Mentor junior coaches by providing guidance and feedback to maintain coaching quality and discipline.
• Assist in preparing events, grading tests, and organising holiday programmes to support academy activities.
• Maintain clear and positive communication with parents, students, and management to foster strong relationships.
