Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional backend software engineering experience.
• Experience designing distributed systems at scale.
• Proficiency in Golang or related statically-typed language.
• Experience owning end-to-end delivery of platform capabilities.
• Experience with cloud-native tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Own the design, development, and scaling of backend services in Golang powering onboarding and KYC across products and geographies.
• Build scalable, service-oriented systems using modern cloud infrastructure and industry best practices.
• Drive improvements to onboarding and MTU conversion funnels by identifying bottlenecks and shipping data-informed solutions.
• Partner with engineers, product managers, designers, and senior leadership to translate product and technical vision into quarterly execution roadmaps.
• Lead cross-cutting design reviews ensuring security, operational integrity, and architectural clarity across all features shipped.
