Qualifications

• Bring 10 years of experience in a relevant field, with lending domain experience.
• Build robust backend systems, including DBMS, caches, NoSQL, web, and app servers.
• You are proficient in Golang, while applying strong knowledge of CS fundamentals.
• You will demonstrate proactivity, creativity, and balance among product, engineering and business.
• You will use experience with web technologies and distributed systems to build scalable solutions.
• Contribute knowledge of developing OLTP systems and performance.
• Experience deploying code in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments

Responsibilities

• Propose and lead technical improvements that inspire creativity and improve performance.
• Contribute to technical and product review meetings with insights and feedback.
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable code and own the development process.
• Collaborate with SRE/DevOps to manage scalable, reliable infrastructure.
• Participate in on-call rotation and address system issues for uninterrupted operations.
• Lead projects with clear stakeholder understanding and accountable outcomes.
