Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of backend engineering experience.
• Proficient in Java or Go, with Spring Boot, WebFlux, Kafka, Redis, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Capable of modular, scalable design with performance, security, and observability in mind.
