Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• Familiarity with observability tooling such as Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate backend services that support card issuing.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code focusing on maintainability.
• Participate actively in code reviews and design discussions.

Skills

Backend development experience in Java, Kotlin, Go, or Python

Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka)

Solid computer science fundamentals

Experience designing and building RESTful APIs

Education
