Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years managing or leading a software engineering team.
• 5+ years of large-scale backend system development experience.
• Proficient in Java, Go (Golang), or C++.
• Familiar with middleware technologies such as message queues, caching systems, and scheduled tasks.
• Proven leadership with a track record of delivering high-quality results.
• Experience designing for high concurrency and availability.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and design of medium to large-scale backend systems.
• Abstract business logic and design scalable architectures.
• Ensure stability with multi-data center scheduling, governance, DR, and degradation strategies.
• Provide guidance to engineers and lead the team to deliver results.
• Research industry solutions and drive medium-to-long term technical strategies.
