Qualifications

• Proven track record leading medium to large-scale IT projects as an overall project leader.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in English is required as this role involves regular communication with English-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of wealth management projects, including Avaloq platform delivery.
• Drive planning, execution, monitoring, and overall governance of project timelines, scope, and deliverables.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and project teams, facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagements.
• Lead, coordinate, and supervise project or programme teams to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring effective prioritization and resource allocation.
• Provide expert guidance on implementation best practices and optimization strategies.
• Identify and manage risks and issues, providing solution-oriented recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure a high-quality client experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.
