Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 7–9 years in IT systems development, parameterization, or support.
• Strong Oracle and PL/SQL experience.
• Certified ACCP with Avaloq core platform.
• Advanced knowledge of Avaloq Wealth modules.
• Experience leading delivery-focused teams.
• Ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and parameterization of the Avaloq core platform to meet business requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports tailored to client and stakeholder needs.
• Build and manage interfaces between core banking systems and other banking applications.
• Provide application and production support, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end system integration.
• Execute and support System Integration Testing (SIT) to ensure solution quality.
• Guide and mentor team members, driving delivery excellence and capability development.
• Engage stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
