Job summary

TECHEDGE-SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced Avaloq Developer to design, customize, and integrate solutions on the Avaloq Core Banking Platform. You will work on scripting, parameterization, data integrations, and system interfaces to support wealth management processes.

The role requires hands-on Avaloq experience, strong SQL skills, and knowledge of SDLC, testing, and deployment. Collaboration with business stakeholders and analysts is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in Avaloq development or implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience with the Avaloq Core Banking Platform.
• Strong knowledge of Avaloq Script, parameterization, and development frameworks.
• Experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and relational databases.
• Knowledge of interfaces, batch processing, reporting, and system integrations.
• Understanding of SDLC, testing, and deployment processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain applications on the Avaloq Core Banking Platform.
• Perform Avaloq scripting, configuration, and parameterization based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain interfaces, workflows, reports, batch jobs, and data integrations.
• Work with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL to support database operations and development.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Integrate Avaloq with internal and external banking systems using APIs and other mechanisms.
• Perform unit, SIT, and UAT testing support.
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Support deployment, release management, and production incidents.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, testers, and stakeholders.
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure adherence to standards.
