Job summary

Triton AI Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Senior Project Engineer to own AV and IT project delivery, coordinating site activities and stakeholders to ensure timely completion.

You will plan, implement and hand over AV systems, coordinate with clients, consultants and partners, and help prepare documentation and training for ongoing support. Travel to regional sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in electronics/electrical/IT/AV or related field.
• 3+ years AV systems engineering, installation or project delivery.
• Experience coordinating site works through to completion.
• Familiarity with AV products such as Crestron, Extron, Kramer, Poly, Cisco, Logitech, Biamp or Q-SYS.
• Basic networking knowledge and EDID/HDCP concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end AV and video conferencing project delivery, from planning through commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate site activities, attend project meetings and site surveys.
• Work with clients, consultants, contractors and partners to resolve site issues and maintain progress.
• Take ownership of assigned project deliverables, ensuring quality implementation and documentation.
• Assist in developing and reviewing system designs, drawings and submissions.
• Oversee commissioning, user training and handovers against project requirements.
• Prepare as-built documentation, operating manuals and handover materials.
• Diagnose and resolve AV system faults remotely and onsite.
• Collaborate with regional teams and travel when necessary.

Our client is an Audio Visual systems integrator delivering AV, Unified Communications and IT solutions to corporate and government clients. They are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to take ownership of assigned project activities, combining technical delivery with site and stakeholder coordination.

Job Scope

• Support end-to-end AV and video conferencing project delivery, from planning and equipment sourcing through to commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate site activities, attend project meetings and conduct site surveys.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors and project partners to resolve site issues and maintain progress.
• Take ownership of assigned project deliverables, ensuring quality implementation, accurate documentation and client satisfaction.
• Assist in developing and reviewing system designs, drawings and technical submissions.
• Oversee commissioning, user training and system handovers against project requirements.
• Prepare as-built documentation, operating manuals and handover materials for service and support teams.
• Diagnose and resolve AV system faults remotely and onsite.
• Collaborate with regional teams and travel when necessary.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT, Audio Visual or a related discipline.
• Preferably at least 3 years of experience in AV systems engineering, installation or project delivery.
• Experience coordinating site works and managing assigned activities through to completion.
• Familiarity with AV products such as Crestron, Extron, Kramer, Poly, Cisco, Logitech, Biamp or Q-SYS.
• Understanding of networking and AV technologies, including TCP/IP, Dante, EDID and HDCP.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Visio.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Webex solutions would be an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination and troubleshooting skills.
• Commercial awareness when discussing solutions and project requirements; familiarity with ASEAN business and procurement practices would be an advantage.
