Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience maintaining and optimizing manufacturing automation systems.
• Hands-on experience with robotics, AMHS, AMRs, and advanced automation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the stability, reliability, and performance of automation systems to maximize uptime.
• Drive continuous equipment improvement via RCA, troubleshooting, and preventive actions.
• Analyze operational and equipment data to identify trends and drive data‑driven improvements.
• Develop, optimize, and manage preventive maintenance programs for reliability.
• Lead equipment troubleshooting and rapid recovery to minimize downtime.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, IT, and Equipment Suppliers to drive enhancements.
• Support PoC through production deployment of advanced automation technologies.
