Job summary
No deviation Pte Ltd. is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to design, implement, validate, and maintain automation systems in a GMP-regulated environment. You will work with Manufacturing, CQV, QA, IT/OT, and vendors to ensure reliability, compliance, and efficient operations.
The role emphasizes hands-on control systems, validation activities, and project support from design through lifecycle, driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Automation or related discipline.
- 5–8 years of automation engineering experience in GMP-regulated environments.
- Hands-on with PLC/SCADA/DCS/HMI/BMS/EMS/MES interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Support automation system design, testing, commissioning and qualification.
- Provide technical support for PLC/SCADA/DCS/HMI/BMS/EMS systems.
- Troubleshoot control systems, alarms, interlocks, recipes and interfaces.
- Assist with system upgrades, validation, and lifecycle activities.
- Review design docs, P&IDs, wiring diagrams and narratives.
- Coordinate with vendors and project teams to meet GMP requirements.
- Support handover to routine operations.
