Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank Singapore seeks an experienced auditor to join the GIA Third Parties and Operational Risk Team. The role covers Third Party Risk Management, Source to Pay and Operational Risk under BCBS 515 principles, with leadership for planning and execution.

You will draft programmes, review observations, and apply data analytics to identify root causes. Strong communication and governance experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of auditing or risk governance experience in Operational Risk or Third-Party risks.
• Experience with vendor onsite reviews and technology vendors is a plus.
• Understanding of third party/outsourcing risks and related controls.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit planning and execution, manage budget and team.
• Ensure audits address key risks and regulatory expectations.
• Draft audit programmes, observations and reports.
• Provide SME input and challenge on scope and outputs.
• Use data analytics to diagnose issues and root causes.
• Monitor audit issues and track action plans to closure.
