Job summary

HSBC Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager, Third Party Risk Management to strengthen risk controls across our GCOO teams in Asia and the Middle East region. This role focuses on the non-financial risk framework, governance, and cross-border collaboration to deliver compliant risk management outcomes.

You will review third-party engagements, challenge remediation, and escalate material issues to senior management while supporting regulator interactions and internal audits in a complex, matrix

Qualifications

• Deep SME knowledge in managing non-financial risks, particularly in resilience and financial crime risk.
• Experience implementing non-financial risk frameworks in large financial organisations.
• Ability to present complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and credibly.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and guide 1LOD and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Non-Financial Risk management – support 1LOD GCOO teams to embed the NFR framework.
• Review and challenge activities performed by GCOO teams and remediation efforts.
• Governance – support Singapore COO for effective risk oversight and governance.
• Regulatory support – assist interactions with Regulators and audits, ensuring accurate responses.
