Job summary

K.C. Chan & Co. PAC, a Singapore Public Accounting Corporation established in 1990, specializes in audit and assurance. We seek an Audit Senior to lead engagements, assess risks, and ensure compliance with SFRS.

You will coordinate with managers and partners, communicate with clients, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance financial processes and controls. Mandarin-English fluency is preferred to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in external auditing, preferably in a public accounting firm at Audit Senior level.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Assess financial risks and evaluate internal controls.
• Ensure audit procedures comply with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
• Prepare detailed audit reports that communicate findings and recommendations.
• Verify accuracy and compliance in financial reporting during audits.
• Coordinate workflow with audit managers and partners to meet engagement objectives.
• Communicate proactively with clients to understand their business operations and risks.
• Provide clients with insights to enhance their financial processes and controls.
• Respond professionally to client queries throughout the audit process.
• Apply expertise in Group Consolidation of accounts to support audit engagements.
