Job summary

K.C. Chan & Co. PAC is looking for an Audit Senior to plan and execute external audits for diverse clients, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

You will perform financial reviews, document findings, and collaborate with teams to deliver accurate conclusions. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Accounting or Finance with external audit experience, fluency in English and Mandarin, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in external auditing, preferably in a public accounting firm at Audit Senior level.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess financial data.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute external audits for a diverse client portfolio to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Perform detailed financial reviews, analytical procedures, and substantive testing to verify the integrity of financial statements
• Document audit findings and prepare clear, concise reports to support client decision-making
• Collaborate with audit teams to identify and resolve discrepancies during audit procedures
• Prepare audit workpapers and relevant documentation to support audit conclusions
• Ensure audits comply with applicable accounting standards, laws, and regulations
• Apply expertise in group consolidation of accounts to support audit processes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
