Job summary

The Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI) is seeking an Assistant Director/Senior Assistant Director (Audit Unit) to perform independent reviews of internal controls and IT processes, providing assurance to the Audit Committee and recommending improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include leading audit projects, advising on governance, risk and controls, and driving digital transformation with automation and analytics while working with stakeholders

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant audit experience is required.
• Professional qualifications such as CA or CIA are preferred.
• Good knowledge of IT controls and data analytics is a plus.
• Experienced candidates may be considered for a senior role.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage internal audit projects from planning to reporting.
• Provide advisory support on governance, risk and controls.
• Support special reviews or investigations as requested by management or the Audit Committee.
• Drive the audit team's digital transformation using automation and data analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote governance, risk and control awareness.
