Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, IT, Audio Technology or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and willing to travel.
• Experience in technical application engineering or pre-sales.
• Ability to deliver product demonstrations and training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with key industry influencers, consultants, and customers.
• Provide expert technical support, troubleshooting, and solution design.
• Deliver product demonstrations and support complex customer engagements.
• Plan and conduct technical training sessions and develop training materials.
• Support sales teams in identifying opportunities and providing technical input.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Gather and share market insights, trends, and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate documentation of activities in CRM systems.
