Job Description
  • Maintain and update the supplier segmentation model (high, medium, low risk) aligned with Procurement’s risk-based management framework.
  • Partner Risk Management Group, Compliance, and Legal to align procurement processes with MAS 654/658 and Outsourcing Guidelines.
  • Define and maintain supplier risk KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadence at the appropriate Risk Forums.
  • Develop and maintain due diligence governance across procurement lifecycle.
  • Ensure risk mitigation actions are tracked to closure.
  • Support risk evaluation/review with key stakeholders, aligning with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) requirements for new and renewing suppliers, ensuring proper documentation and escalation where required.
3. Ongoing Monitoring & Control
  • Manage ongoing supplier risk monitoring, leveraging AI-enabled tools for adverse news, sanctions, and financial alerts.
  • Escalate emerging risks or supplier deterioration to relevant business and risk stakeholders.
  • Partner with category managers and TPRM teams on remediation plans and exit strategies for high-risk suppliers.
  • Prepare periodic reports for management assurance reviews.
  • Drive process improvements to streamline supplier risk reviews and automate repetitive steps through workflow tools (e.g., WorkFlow WorkBench-WFWB, CLMS, Coupa).
  • Collaborate with GPS Digital Enablement and Control Tower teams to enhance data quality and analytics for supplier intelligence.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Risk Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of procurement in critical infra, or operational categories or risk management experience, ideally in financial services or multinational organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of MAS TPRM and Outsourcing requirements preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing supplier risk and due diligence governance.
  • Proficiency in digital procurement tools (e.g., Coupa) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau).
  • Strategic thinking and ability to connect supplier risk with business continuity.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication across cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and drive process improvements.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated and digitally transforming environment.
Success Measures
  • Strengthen supplier resilience through early identification and mitigation of risk exposures with key stakeholders (Contract Owner, Sourcing, Legal, Compliance, etc)
  • Embed risk-based governance with differentiated oversight across Outsourcing and TPRM-Risk profiles
  • Establish continuous monitoring using WFWB and AI-driven insights for proactive risk detection and escalation.
