Job summary

State Street Corporation in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Associate to join the Real Asset Fund Administration team within AIS. You will manage deliverables from offshore teams, ensure client deadlines, and prepare financial statements and schedules.

The role includes coordinating audits, mentoring offshore staff, communicating with clients and investors, and upholding corporate policies. Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus; CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years accounting experience, including Real Estate or Private Equity Fund Accounting.
• Fluency in English required; Mandarin is a plus.
• CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification.
• College degree in business, mathematics, finance or economics; accounting concentration a plus.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage deliverables from an offshore team and review their bookkeeping work.
• Ensure internal workflow and client deadlines are met.
• Prepare financial statements, work papers, portfolio schedules, accruals, and partner capital allocations.
• Coordinate annual audit and tax return preparation with external firms.
• Mentor offshore teams and conduct training to upskill staff.
