Global law firm in Singapore seeks an Associate/Senior Associate for its Energy & Infrastructure practice, joining the Project Development & Construction team. You will manage complex EPC/construction contracts, PPAs and concessions on greenfield projects and related revenue contracts.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 PQE and a Common Law qualification, with overseas experience welcomed. Sponsor-side exposure is a plus, and candidates from lender or contractor sides are also relevant.

Competenze

• 3-5 PQE with Common Law qualification.
• Experience on EPC/construction contracts and PPAs/concessions.
• Greenfield project exposure, preferably in a project finance context.
• Sponsor-side or lender/contractor experience is valued.

We are partnering with a global law firm with a top-ranked Energy & Infrastructure practice to hire an Associate / Senior Associate into its Project Development & Construction team.

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 PQE, Common Law qualified with experience gained from another international law firm
• Hands-on experience with EPC/construction contracts, offtake and revenue contracts (PPAs, oil & gas, hydrogen) and concessions
• Gained on actual greenfield projects, ideally in a project finance context
• Sponsor-side experience preferred; lender, offtaker, government or contractor-side also relevant
